About the project

With a very unique line of miniatures for the tabletop gaming and role play market Black Scorpion wanted to sell their products through a custom website built to reflect their particular style and unusual imagery.

Originally launched in 2005 the site was rebuilt using the OS Commerce open source package in early 2008 and customised to fit the customer’s needs including integration with the HSBC payment gateway for PCI DSS compliance purposes.
